Giver or Taker

Heard from someone that:
"a taker eats better,
but a giver sleeps better"
wud u like to give or take??

besides give and take, sharing is not bad too..
but not every single thing can be shared,
it depends on wat u want to share, and who u want to share wif,
the one u trusted so much might turns up hurting other people whom u care the most,
v gotta choose our listener wisely....
